- 250g king prawn/ 兩百五十克鮮蝦
- 10-12 cheery tomatoes/ 十至十二顆小番茄
- 2 Thai chillies/ 兩株泰式辣椒
- 3 garlic cloves/ 三顆大蒜瓣
- 1 lemon/ 一顆檸檬
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves + (optional for source) dried basil powder/ 八至十鮮羅勒葉 + (選擇性)乾羅勒粉
- Linguine/ Linguine義大利麵
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil/ 一至二西餐匙橄欖油
- 1 tsp sea salt/ 一茶匙海鹽
Directions
1. Cook the linguine as the instruction on its
package.
1. 依包裝標示煮熟linguine義大利麵
2. Chop tomatoes, lemon and fresh basil leaves in
half, chillies and garlic in tiny pieces.
2. 將番茄,檸檬,羅勒葉切對半。辣椒大蒜切成碎塊。
3. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil in a hot pan. Add the
tomatoes when the oil is hot. Stir-fry
the tomatoes until they are tender (about 5-10 mins).
3. 將橄欖油加入熱鍋中,等油熱後加入番茄。翻炒約五至十分鐘讓番茄軟熟。
4. Add chillies, garlics, lemon juice, sea salt and
dried basil powder in with tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. 加入辣椒、大蒜、檸檬汁、海鹽和乾羅勒粉後煮兩分鐘。
5. Add king prawns in the sauce and cook for
another 3 - 5 minutes.
5. 加入鮮蝦煮至鮮蝦熟透。
6. Put the linguine on the plate, tip sauce on the
linguine, spill the fresh basil leaves on the dish and ready to serve!
6. 將linguine 義大利麵裝盤,撒上鮮蝦檸檬蕃茄醬汁後放上鮮羅勒葉。
